Order Processing: Orders are typically shipped within 15 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of your order:
Delivery period may vary depending on the country and their customs regulations. Typically, delivery may take 6 to 8 weeks from the date of shipping. In a scenario where the order hasn’t been received after 8 weeks, please contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com. As applicable in the case of delay, we will ship a new order to you with no extra charge.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the products and the destination of the shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once order has been shipped.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com as soon as possible.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and products and contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com immediately with your order details and photos of the damage.
8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
