1. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a 100% refund. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. The order cannot be cancelled once shipped.


2. Returns

Customer Satisfaction Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you may do so at your own cost. Please follow these steps for a smooth return process:

Initiate a Return: Contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. Ensure that the products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Return Address: Contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com, the team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.

Condition of Products: Returned products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are missing.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned products, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the products are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.

 

3. Refund Process

Refund Amount: The amount refunded will be equivalent to the price of the unopened and undamaged products returned by the customer. No refunds will be issued for products that are missing, opened, or used.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed, and when the refund has been issued.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at community.ayurcare@gmail.com immediately. Provide your order number and details of the product, including photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
